here how i connect my phone using gnokii.

1. install gnokii.
2. create /usr/local/etc/gnokiirc OR ~/.gnokiirc file with this entry.

3. load umodem driver . kldload umodem
4. load ucom driver . kldload ucom
5. plugin my c350 phone ...
6. run gnokii or xgnokii ...
